Our team will coordinate the registration process, including online registration capability/system. With guidance from our client we develop, coordinate and assemble event materials (giveaways) for on-site distribution. Our team also provide comprehensive on-site event registration services.
We also design and produce name badges to help organize and consolidate the registration process.

We partner with a local marketing agency to provide event marketing services to ensure that our clients vision and design is consistent through every part of their event. Our marketing team will create a comprehensive event marketing strategy and plan. They also handle the execution of this plan along with guidance from the client.
We also guide the client through the distribution of marketing materials and invitations.
Our team can manage the printing and distribution of all your event materials. Coordinating with our marketing team (or yours) we handle the printing, delivery and setup of any print materials including: invitations, maps, brochures banners and event signage.

Custom rates set per client's needs
We offer comprehensive photography services to capture your event. As event planners we photograph with a highly specific photo-journalistic approach that makes capturing the perfect image simple.
With quick turn-around times our images are perfect for post-event coverage, social media posts and promotion for next year's event.
Event Coverage begins at $150/ hr.
We assist in researching potential event venues and present findings for final site selection, as needed.
Once we've chosen a venue we negotiate and manage event contracts to ensure terms are met by both parties. Our team will arrange for audio-visual equipment and coordinate with venue staff. We review all venue invoices associated with the event, prior to payment.
We also provide event layout/ design information to the venue. We can also create diagrams/ layouts to assist in vendor and client communication.

Our team will coordinate and manage all on-site activities and logistics. In additiong, we manage delivery of all A/V services and technical support and deployment of required event signage.
We guide the room set-up in coordination with the venue. We oversee all food and beverage service, including wait staff.
We are the point-of-contact for the exhibitor set-up, work with decorating company and facility with regards to exhibitor floor plan, power, and internet access.
