TREE Grand Opening 
225 Attendees

I coordinated TREE’s grand opening event this past fall. This event was a mixture of cocktail reception and business/ networking mixer.

My team was responsible for planning, managing vendors/vision, budget management, registration, run-of-show and managed take-down. With over 200 in attendance, guests mingled and shopped TREE’s extensive line of furniture, decor and home accessories. This was the first event hosted in the historic space and was enjoyed by both staff, attendees and vendors.


CarPros Annual Holiday Party
440 Attendees

I managed Car Pros Annual Holiday Party this past December at the Lemay Carr Museum in Tacoma. Past holiday parties were held at local area hotels but management was looking for a new venue and updated event ideas.

This planning and management included vendor communication/ negotiation, registration management (including name badge printing), day-of coordination and managed take down. With over 440 in attendance this was the largest holiday party in recent company history.


Saturn Barter Annual Mixer

My team coordinated Saturn Barter 8th Anniversary Mixer this past May. Hosted at the beautiful Tin Can Alley in downtown Tacoma, Saturn Barter members were given the opportunity to network with other fellow business members.
 

This event also provided members with access to their account brokers in a more relaxed and casual atmosphere. Since this event was held near Mother’s Day, several members set up tables and offered products perfect for Mother’s Day shopping. Our planning services included day-of coordination, vendor management, event setup, execution and strike.


Jim Merritt Campaign Launch

Jim Merritt’s campaign team contracted me to plan and execute their campaign launch event. The campaign launch took place in the Rainier Room located in historic Freighthouse Square. This event doubled as a networking mixer for donors, supporters and volunteers as well as official launch of the campaign complete with speeches from local community leaders and the candidate himself.
Planning services included vendor management (including working exclusively with Freighthouse caterers), budget management, event setup, registration, and run-of show.
